Norlyn's Chili

Now before you say it, yes this makes alot of chili. I freeze it. It is the best tasting chili....I always thought mine was good but this is so much better.


Norlyn’s Chili


Saute all toether the following:

3 pounds ground beef
2 T. garlic
2 onions
2 green peppers
3 jalapeno peppers

ADD:
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. oregano leaves
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. cumin
1/8 tsp cinnamon
2 – 3 T. chocolate syrup
2- 29 oz can tomatoes
6 cans hot chili beans
Beef base – make 2 gals broth by adding water after all other ingredients are in the pan

Note: Yes, I know it has no chili powder (you will think it does) and it has chocolate syrup and cinnamon and yes there is no kidney beans.
