Turkey (or chicken) Divan
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can chicken stock or bullion
1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 Tsp. curry pwder
1-1 1/2 lb. leftover tukey (or 3 whole chicken breasts cooked)
1-1 1/2 fresh or 2pkgs frozen broccoli spears, cooked tender crisp.
Layer boneless turkey and broccoli spears in a shallow casserole.
Mix first five ingredients and pour over casserole.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and breadcrumbs.
This can be prepared ahead and refrigerated at this point.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes ( 10 minutes longer if chilled)
I like to serve it over rice.
